Brittany Snow and boyfriend Ryan Rottman snap a pic with JJJ as they attend the 8th Annual Jed Foundation Gala held at Guastavino’s in New York City on Thursday evening (June 11).
The 23-year-old actress caught up with JustJaredJr.com at the event and dished about how she got involved in the foundation, her upcoming flick, Walks and her friendship with Vanessa Hudgens. Check it:
On how she got involved with The Jed Foundation: “I started working with them about three years ago. I did a video for one of their campaigns. I had a friend who committed suicide when I was 17 and I wanted to get involved in an organization that dealt with that and was bringing awareness to mental health issues.”
On if Lily will still get a green light: “Lily is a definite no. It definitely didn’t get picked up which is good and bad all at the same time. It was a huge bummer, I wanted the show to get picked up but at the same time, bad because there are other things on the horizon. I’m staying blonde. I like it better.”
On her upcoming indie flick, Walks: “We’re about to start shooting Walks in a couple of weeks. My boyfriend Ryan is producing and starring in it with me. My character is actually the girlfriend of Ryan’s character, which is not a far stretch. It’s all about a graffiti artist in New York City.”
On shopping and working out with BFF Vanessa Hudgens: “We like to go to the mall and just go to Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s. Or we go to Third street or Fred Segal. We’ve done that a couple of times. Mostly we go to the mall though. Vanessa and I also go to piloxing a lot. One time, it was all us girls, but mostly it’s just me and Vanessa. I usually go two times a week.”
On if she’s going to be in Hairspray 2: “No, not that I know of. I’m not really sure, I haven’t heard anything at least.”

Hello people! i found this little information about a new short film for Brittany:
The Palm Springs International ShortFest will screen 315 films later this month, four of them directorial debuts by well-known stars.
Demi Moore's "Streak" stars daughter Rumer Willis as a coed who befriends a diet-obsessed young woman (Brittany Snow) and helps her get over her insecurities.
The 16-minute film, which has been on the festival circuit, features a streaking scene but probably less nudity than the director's well-publicized Vanity Fair covers.

In case you didn't hear, the 22-year-old actress probably won't be returning to the CW in her own series this fall. CW President Dawn Ostroff shared with the press that it's not dead just yet. She said, "They all were really, really good. We do have room for another midseason show. In all honesty, the Gossip Girl spinoff is the show that we'd love to find a place for as the season goes on. But we have to take a minute and see where we are."

She just left boarding school so she’s wearing riding boots and argyle vests then she goes to L.A. and has to fit in with this punk crowd that her sister is running with, she has to chance and make over her look.”

This makes Lily torn between leaving behind her posh and wealthy lifestyle in New York, and a prospective marriage proposal from the wealthy Keith van der Woodsen (Matt Barr), or choosing to live a life of lower classes with the penniless musician Rufus Humphrey.
“Valley Girls” airs Monday, May 11 @ 8PM ET/PT on The CW.

On going out to clubs: "I go to clubs sometimes, but I'm really lucky in that I have a really good balance and know why I'm here and what I really want in my career and that's to act for as long as possible. I would never jeopardize that with going out and spending all night at a club and not being responsible. So I think you can do both. I just am very lucky I don't get caught doing it - sometimes."
On her new relationship with Ryan Rottman: "Yea, I have a boyfriend right now and it's great and he's a producer and an actor and he's producing [Walks], the movie that I'm doing in a couple of weeks. So that should be fun and interesting to work together."
